    - On-site or virtual Licensing and Security Training for up to 30 people, covering all aspects of licensing legislation and venue security.

    - New Licensing and Security Risk Assessment and Policy: We will come to your site, evaluate the risks licensing and security issues and then write an appropriate policy. Prices start at £300
- Underage Sales
  - 2.5 hour

    - We will write an underage sales policy for you, provide you with Challenge 21 or Challenge 25 posters and deliver online training for your staff
  - Full Day

    - We will write an underage sales policy for you and deliver online or face to face training with your staff, and perform an unannounced underage test purchase
CovidSafe Audit

  - Covid-19 Aware Accreditation We will perform a COVIDSafe Audit of your business. And provide you with our accreditation for licensed businesses to prove high standards in COVID-19 venue management and customer care. The accreditation covers four themes and costs £50 + VAT per venue, with the further option to add on an hour of mentoring for venues that are not yet at the required standard.

      - We are qualified mediators and can provide you with mediation support. One day will get you a review of your situation, and one day of mediation.

      - We are qualified mediators and can provide you with mediation support. One day will get you a review of your situation, one day of initial mediation, a short report on the agreed routes forward and a follow-up mediation to review the success of the agreed routes forward.
