Following a successful career in hospitality operations I went from ‘poacher turned gamekeeper’ in a switch to safety compliance consultancy at the turn of the millennium. Since then I have provided advice, consultancy and training to a host of hospitality and leisure businesses from 5 star hotels to Quick service restaurants, Michelin star restaurants to coffee shops. I have also worked extensively across Europe and the Middle East with international hospitality businesses.
My knowledge and understanding of hospitality businesses gives me an added dynamic over safety compliance professionals enabling me to help find pragmatic solutions to safety issues. I have a degree in Health and Safety and a Diploma in Food Safety as well as qualifications as a Fire Risk Assessor, enabling me to provide all your safety requirements. I am friendly and approachable and will work with you to find solutions rather then presenting you with problems.
