I constantly challenge accepted practices and procedures and strive to implement improvements, effectively ensuring the safety, legality and highest quality of product is delivered to customers through supply base liaison, production facility management, effective system implementation and the use of clear reporting tools. My transparent and collaborative approach means strategy and systems are built for longevity by including the people involved in the day-to-day implementation of these.
During my career in the industry I have gained skills and experience in a wide range of food sectors and routes to market; managing large and busy sites from a technical perspective, covering everything from strategy, system implementation, food safety plans and GMP to budgets, recruitment, training delivery and capex projects.
I am an effective communicator, have excellent motivational skills and retain a positive approach through the most pressured of times.
