I am a qualified and experienced Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner, with an MSc in Environmental Health from The University of Birmingham and also hold the NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. My background has included work in the food industry and hospitality. I have over 15 years experience within local government and the private sector. I have worked predominately in food, health & safety, infectious disease control and health promotion. In 2019 I was featured in Channel 5's 'Grime & Punishment' series, highlighting the significant work that EHP's undertake in order to protect public health. I am a chartered member of CIEH and a graduate member of IOSH.
