I am a self-employed consultant, with expertise in the areas of food safety, environmental health and public health safety. I provide third party consultations and coaching audits within a range of organisations and establishments. These include, hospitals, care homes, schools, various hotel chains, Nandos, Stonegate, Greene King, M&B, Just Eat and Whitbread.

With nearly 20 years’ experience in the industry having worked for the Food Standards Agency, Public Health England as well as being a qualified Environmental Health Officer, I am confident in providing a range of additional services directly to clients:

-Providing support for Enforcement officer visits;
-Investigating food poisoning outbreaks;
-Emergency call out and investigations offering rapid response for food poisoning allegations;
-Developing food hygiene and safety policies;
-Coaching and training new members of staff and
-Providing infection control advice to the care sector and educational settings.

My main aims are to support businesses and organisations to ensure they are fully compliant, highlight any areas of improvement, offer advice, support and solutions to prevent unnecessary profit loss or damage to reputation.
