MY TEAM

I am a food safety consultant based in the beautiful market town of Pershore in Worcestershire which has superb travel links with the rest of the country. I help large single site and small multi-site businesses to follow the rules and regulations, so they don’t get into legal trouble. I do this in a supportive and friendly way and help the businesses that I work with to ‘make sense of food safety’.I have always had a love of both eating and making food and started my career at catering college studying hotel management and practical catering. I am now a Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner and have 20 years’ experience working both in Local Government and in the private sector as a food safety auditor for ASK restaurants. I have also worked as a trainer and consultant with a variety of businesses in catering, retail and manufacturing including Yeo Valley, Dyson,Muller Diaries and St. John's College in Oxford. My aim is to support your business to make sure that you are fully compliant by identifying food safety problems and providing solutions so they do not affect the profitability of your business or damage your reputation.
