I am a food safety consultant based in the beautiful market town of Pershore in Worcestershire which has superb travel links with the rest of the country. I help large single site and small multi-site businesses to follow the rules and regulations, so they don’t get into legal trouble. I do this in a supportive and friendly way and help the businesses that I work with to ‘make sense of food safety’.I have always had a love of both eating and making food and started my career at catering college studying hotel management and practical catering. I am now a Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner and have 20 years’ experience working both in Local Government and in the private sector as a food safety auditor for ASK restaurants. I have also worked as a trainer and consultant with a variety of businesses in catering, retail and manufacturing including Yeo Valley, Dyson,Muller Diaries and St. John's College in Oxford.
